About the role

The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff is seeking a Grants Development & Research Specialist to join its professional staff. This regular, full‑time position supports the university’s mission of providing high‑quality, affordable education and advancing research initiatives.

UAPB, founded in 1873, is an 1890 land‑grant historically Black university with a 15:1 student‑to‑faculty ratio, offering certificate, associate, undergraduate, master’s and doctoral programs, including a doctorate in Aquaculture/Fisheries. The campus in Pine Bluff serves students locally and worldwide through extended sites and online courses, and maintains research and extension offices across the state. Through the Arkansas Research and Education Optical Network (ARE‑ON), faculty and students can collaborate globally, enhancing research impact.
