About the role

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) is seeking a Graduate Studies Instructor/Professor to join its College of Nursing DNP Programs. This full‑time faculty position will support graduate education through teaching, mentorship, and scholarly activities.

Key responsibilities

Deliver graduate‑level courses and seminars in nursing and related health disciplines.
Develop and update curriculum, course materials, and assessment strategies.
Provide academic advising and mentorship to graduate students.
Engage in scholarly activities, including research, publications, and conference presentations.
Participate in departmental and university service, committees, and accreditation processes.

Required profile

Doctoral degree (PhD, DNP, or equivalent) in a relevant health or nursing field.
Demonstrated experience in graduate teaching and curriculum development.
Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in higher education.
Eligibility to work in the United States.
