Graduate Software Developer (Entry‑Level)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Graduate Developer to join our technology team in the United States. This full‑time, entry‑level position offers recent graduates the chance to build real‑world software expertise while working alongside experienced engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of software applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and well‑documented code following established standards.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to quality improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects and technical issues.
• Support performance monitoring and optimization efforts.
• Help create technical documentation and user guides.
• Take part in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Recent graduate or up to 2 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and develop technical skills.

Required skills

• Programming languages: Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript.
• Version control: Git.
• Databases and SQL (relational databases).
• APIs and web development frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, DevOps, and CI/CD concepts (optional but beneficial).
