About the role

The Graduate Program Coordinator II supports the Office of Graduate Studies by managing graduate admissions processing, recruitment activities, and student success initiatives. The role ensures accurate data maintenance and contributes to program improvements across multiple campuses.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrative liaison for the Program Director, maintaining consistent communication.
• Coordinate program activities and resources across Bryan‑College Station and Houston campuses.
• Facilitate Graduate Program Committee operations, preparing agendas and documentation for reporting.
• Ensure all program actions comply with Texas A&M University System policies and regulations.
• Update the PhD Program Handbook annually to reflect current standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least one year of experience in program coordination or a related field.
• Experience in an academic or medical‑education setting, preferably with graduate curricula.
• Familiarity with university policies, graduate education procedures, and student information systems.
