Join a fast‑growing, transatlantic executive search firm that specialises in senior talent for hedge funds, commodity merchants and trading platforms. As a Graduate Executive Search Consultant you will work from day one on high‑impact search mandates in the heart of New York’s financial market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and engage senior‑level executives across US and global investment firms.
• Map organisational structures, build detailed org charts and analyse competitive landscapes.
• Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with key individuals in the New York investment community.
• Assess talent differentiators and conduct compelling conversations to motivate moves.
• Deliver on retained and contingent mandates covering liquid assets, private equity and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with European offices on transatlantic mandates, gaining international exposure.

Required profile

• Graduated from a leading university with a GPA of 3.5/2:1 or higher.
• Polished, professional presentation suitable for senior‑executive interaction.
• Genuine curiosity about financial markets and a desire to understand the sector.
• Resilient, patient and mentally strong to handle setbacks inherent in high‑level search.
