About the role
The University of Arkansas at Monticello is seeking a Graduate Assistant to support both the men’s and women’s golf programs. This temporary, fixed‑term position provides hands‑on experience in collegiate athletics while covering tuition and housing costs.
Key responsibilities
- Attend all meetings and daily golf practice sessions as directed by the head coach.
- Lead strength, conditioning, and flexibility workouts for student‑athletes.
- Develop and oversee nutrition programs for the teams.
- Participate in tournaments and travel with the teams when scheduling conflicts arise.
- Promote and support the academic success of student‑athletes.
Required profile
- Dependable, punctual and able to work flexible hours.
- Honest and committed to the responsibilities of the role.

- Hourly wage of $11.00.
