About the role
The Graduate Assistant position supports the Forestry, Agriculture, and Natural Resources department at the University of Arkansas at Monticello. The role combines graduate coursework with hands‑on research responsibilities on an assigned project.
Key responsibilities
- Attend graduate‑level coursework in natural resources, forestry, or related fields.
- Conduct research and data collection for the assigned project under faculty supervision.
- Prepare reports, literature reviews, and presentations of findings.

- Bachelor of Science in natural resources, forestry, agriculture, or a related discipline.
