About the role

The Graduate Assistantship supports research activities within the Biological & Environmental Sciences department at East Texas A&M University. This full‑time position involves up to 20 hours of weekly work assisting faculty and contributing to ongoing projects.

Key responsibilities

Assist faculty with research tasks, including data collection and entry.
Prepare reports, literature reviews, and other documentation as required.
Perform additional duties assigned by the supervising professor or department.

Required profile

Full or conditional admission to a master’s, specialist, or doctoral program at East Texas A&M University.
Enrollment in a minimum of six credit hours for the term.
Good academic standing.
Successful completion of Responsible Conduct in Research and Scholarship training through CITI.
