Golf Services Attendant

About the role

The Golf Services Attendant supports the Golf Operations Department at Atlantic Fields, delivering exceptional service to members, guests, and teammates. You will ensure the smooth operation of the golf facilities, from greeting players to maintaining equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet members at the practice facility and assist during their rounds.
• Collaborate with the valet team and restock golf carts with beverages, towels, and amenities.
• Maintain clean shuttles, club carts, and personal golf carts throughout the day.
• Clean and count clubs before storage or return to the valet area.
• Set up and break down range equipment, wash golf balls, and charge carts.
• Track daily golf activity and assist with monthly inventory counts.
• Provide retail support in the Golf Shop as needed.
• Attend department meetings, trainings, and perform any additional duties assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer‑service experience, ideally in hospitality or golf.
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong communication skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and long hours as required.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and stay calm during busy periods.
