About the role

Join the River Oaks Golf Course team as a Golf Course Worker II, providing essential support to the pro shop, cart fleet, and driving range under close supervision. This part‑time position offers a dynamic environment where you will interact with guests and maintain course equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in pro‑shop operations, including starter duties and customer service.
• Perform routine maintenance on golf carts, chargers, and related equipment.
• Maintain the driving range and course grounds using mowers, pressure washers, and other tools.
• Operate ball pickers, ball washers, and other range equipment.
• Report any equipment issues or safety concerns to the Clubhouse Manager.
• Handle basic clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and cash handling.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required).
• At least two years of golf‑related experience or one year of experience with River Oaks Golf Course.
• Minimum age of 16 and a valid Utah driver’s license or learner’s permit.
• Knowledge of customer service practices, basic accounting, and OSHA safety standards.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and communicate effectively.

Required skills

• Operation of pressure washer, washing machine, dryer, and mower.
• Use of golf cart chargers, ball picker, and ball washer.
• Basic data‑entry and word‑processing skills.
• Familiarity with radios and golf‑card systems.
