Global Vice President, Global Partners, Alliances & Channels

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned global partnerships executive to lead the development and scaling of a worldwide partner ecosystem that drives pipeline, revenue, and customer value. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will shape one of the company’s most strategic growth engines.

Key responsibilities

• Build and lead a global Partners, Alliances & Channels organization across multiple regions.
• Design and implement scalable partner programs that accelerate pipeline and revenue growth.
• Establish and nurture executive relationships with OEMs, GSIs, MSPs, cloud providers, and enterprise software firms.
• Co‑create joint go‑to‑market strategies with key technology partners.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and senior leadership.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high‑performing global team.
• Serve as a core member of the executive leadership team driving the next phase of growth.

Required profile

• 20+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise technology.
• 10+ years of experience leading global teams and senior leaders.
• Proven track record building strategic partnerships that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Experience working with enterprise software, infrastructure, cloud, OEMs, consulting firms, or strategic technology partners.
• Strong operational discipline in pipeline management, forecasting, KPIs, and business performance.
• Executive presence with the ability to influence customers, partners, and senior leadership.
