Global Supply Chain Rotational Program for New MBA Graduates

About the role

This 30‑month Global Supply Chain Rotational Program is designed for new MBA graduates in Supply Chain Management. Participants rotate through Purchasing/Sourcing, Project/Program Management, and Supplier Account Management before moving into a final placement role such as Materials Project Manager or Supplier Business Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Issue RFQs, analyze proposals, negotiate prices, execute orders and ensure delivery for new product integration.
• Develop cost‑effective procurement strategies while balancing quality, reliability and urgency.
• Forecast and communicate engineering, material and manufacturing requirements to suppliers.
• Perform make‑versus‑buy analysis and coordinate demand signals through MRP to minimize inventory exposure.
• Monitor supplier performance on delivery, quality and cost, and manage supplier risk assessments.

Required profile

• MBA in Supply Chain Management with a technical undergraduate degree and GPA ≥ 3.0.
• Strong communication skills and ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders.
• Experience with ERP systems and data‑analytics tools (e.g., advanced Excel).
• Flexible, results‑driven mindset and willingness to complete the full 30‑month program.
