Global Supply Chain Planner

About the role

Victoria Beckham Beauty is seeking a Global Supply Chain Planner to ensure optimal inventory distribution and supply‑chain efficiency across its e‑commerce and wholesale channels. Based in New York, you will work closely with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to align stock levels with demand forecasts, reduce costs, and implement scalable processes.

Key responsibilities

• Produce weekly inventory reports covering on‑hand stock, cover, due‑in, and emerging shortages.
• Conduct monthly inventory reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and maintain data accuracy across systems.
• Allocate inventory to international warehouses based on sales forecasts and wholesale needs, minimizing inter‑warehouse transfers.
• Manage expiring and slow‑moving inventory, coordinating with cross‑functional partners to mitigate waste.
• Oversee Advanced Shipping Notices (ASNs) and monitor inter‑warehouse transfers for optimal distribution.
• Partner with 3PL providers to ensure smooth day‑to‑day inventory management and resolve receiving, storage, or accuracy issues.
• Audit goods‑received and freight invoices, analyze supply‑chain costs, and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Review and approve freight modes for inbound finished goods and inter‑warehouse transfers, handling customs documentation and vendor coordination.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in supply planning, inventory management, or related operations.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and supply‑chain principles.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and inventory‑management software.
• Excellent analytical abilities with a focus on cost optimization.
