About the role

PwC is seeking a Manager to join its Global Structuring team focused on insurance and financial services. The role involves advising multinational clients on international tax structures, optimizing tax efficiency, and minimizing risk. You will lead project delivery, mentor junior staff, and champion technology‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

Lead client engagements, overseeing planning, budgeting, execution and delivery.
Provide strategic advice on international insurance tax and financial services structuring.
Motivate and inspire team members to achieve high‑quality deliverables.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Uphold professional standards, firm values and independence requirements.

Required profile

Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
Experience managing complex tax projects for multinational organisations.
Ability to analyse and link components of global tax systems.
Effective communication and conflict‑resolution skills.
Commitment to professional and technical standards.
