Global Sourcing Analyst

About the role

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Global Sourcing Analyst to support the strategic sourcing of the Contract Manufacturing category. The role will work closely with cross‑functional partners and external contract manufacturers to drive cost optimization, quality, and supply assurance.

Key responsibilities

• Document and communicate category strategies to internal stakeholders.
• Conduct sourcing events, analyze vendor quotes, and negotiate awards.
• Analyze cost increase requests and assess business impact.
• Lead tooling expense negotiations with external vendors.
• Maintain and analyze standard cost data in business IT systems.
• Support vendor set‑up, performance improvement, and profile maintenance.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for defined contract manufacturing categories.
• Participate in value‑engineering projects and sourcing excellence initiatives.

Required profile

• Analytical mindset with strong quantitative skills.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple internal and external partners.
• Experience in category or commodity management, preferably in manufacturing or consumer goods.
• Proactive attitude toward continuous improvement and learning.
