Global Planning Co‑Op

About the role

The Global Planning Co‑Op will support the Global Planning Supply Chain and Process Improvement team in Gurabo, PR. This 12‑month, full‑time internship runs from January to December 2027 and focuses on continuous improvement, reporting, and documentation activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives to improve global planning processes.
• Generate and maintain reports from planning systems to support site shipments.
• Support capacity analysis, master data revision, project management, and scheduling optimization.
• Participate in event process reviews and materials readiness activities.

Required profile

• Completed freshman year and currently in the fourth year of an undergraduate program in Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Material Management, or related field.
• Cumulative GPA of 4.2 or higher.
• Previous internship, co‑op, or academic research experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without future visa sponsorship.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.
• Basic statistical and cost analysis abilities.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.
