Global Medical Affairs Leader – Psoriatic Disease

About the role

The Global Medical Affairs Leader for Psoriatic Disease will shape and execute worldwide medical affairs strategy, supporting the lifecycle of icotrokinra and pipeline assets. Reporting to the Head of Global Medical Affairs, this senior position collaborates closely with regional teams, clinical development, and cross‑functional groups.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead global medical affairs strategies and plans aligned with regional needs.
• Lead global publications strategy, including manuscripts, abstracts, and posters.
• Oversee global KOL communications, speaker development, and advisory boards.
• Represent medical affairs on Safety Management Teams, Compound Development Teams, and Global Commercial Teams.
• Manage global medical activities such as launch planning, congresses, and symposia.

Required profile

• Advanced scientific or medical degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) required.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in medical/clinical or scientific roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Global medical affairs experience strongly preferred; dermatology therapeutic expertise highly preferred.
• Established network with therapeutic‑area opinion leaders and launch experience preferred.
• Ability to lead matrixed, cross‑functional teams and travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
