Global Legislation AI Optimization Lead

About the role

The Global Legislation AI Optimization Lead will drive AI‑first transformation for legislative content across Global Editorial Operations. Reporting to the Global Head of Legislation, you will shape strategy, embed advanced AI capabilities, and ensure content is accurate, compliant, and AI‑ready.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a global AI content optimization strategy aligned with editorial, product, and technology priorities.
• Lead ideation, requirements gathering, and prioritization for AI‑enabled content generation, summarization, enrichment, classification, and structural optimization.
• Partner with product, engineering, editorial managers, and project teams to translate ideas into scalable roadmap deliverables.
• Oversee design, testing, and worldwide deployment of AI‑driven editorial tools and workflows.
• Develop and maintain global standards for AI‑generated legislative content, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and copyright alignment.
• Champion AI‑first editorial practices, driving adoption, automation, and reduction of manual effort.
• Support metrics frameworks for AI‑enabled content quality, workflow performance, and customer impact.
• Stay current on LLM, NLP, and market trends, translating insights into practical editorial applications.
• Build AI capabilities within editorial teams through training and capability development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; law degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in content, publishing, legal editorial, product development, or project management within legislative or regulatory environments.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally across North America, UK, APAC, and other key markets.
