Global Lead, CRRD Data & Analytics

About the role

The International Rescue Committee (IRC) seeks a Global Lead for CRRD Data & Analytics to drive its data transformation agenda. This senior leader will shape the data roadmap, integrate program, award, and finance data, and deliver actionable insights to senior decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Define, own, and execute the CRRD data roadmap, tracking progress against measurable indicators.
• Standardize data collection and aggregation across program, award, and finance systems.
• Integrate data into primary systems of record (Integra, OTIS, Salesforce, PID) and eliminate parallel trackers.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that provide timely, trustworthy insights.
• Champion AI and automation solutions to reduce manual effort and accelerate insight generation.
• Collaborate with CRRD leadership to translate decision‑making needs into data product requirements.
• Present data insights and roadmap status to senior executives and technical teams.

Required profile

• Strategic leader with deep technical fluency and experience in large‑scale data transformation.
• Proven ability to communicate complex data concepts to senior executives and technical audiences.
• Track record of implementing AI, automation, and data governance in a global, multi‑stakeholder environment.
