Global Head of Enterprise Technology Services

About the role

The Global Head of Enterprise Technology Services is a senior executive who defines, governs, and evolves Invesco’s firm‑wide architecture and data foundations. Reporting to the Chief Information & Operations Officer, this leader sets the strategic vision, standards, and guardrails that guide technology decisions across the organization while avoiding direct delivery ownership.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise control plane for architecture, data, and AI.
• Establish clear standards, reusable platforms, and “paved roads” to accelerate engineering and product delivery.
• Partner with Technology Engineering & Infrastructure, Innovation & AI, and Security leaders to ensure coherent, secure, and scalable solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on technology risk, scalability, and investment decisions.
• Promote speed, reuse, and quality by making the preferred approach the easiest path for teams.

Required profile

• Senior‑level executive experience in enterprise architecture, data strategy, or related technology domains.
• Proven ability to influence cross‑functional leaders and drive organization‑wide standards.
• Strong strategic thinking with a focus on regulatory integrity and responsible innovation.
