Global Downstream Manager – Advanced Imaging

About the role

As the Global Downstream Manager for Advanced Imaging, you will lead commercialization, marketing execution and global commercial performance of Philips’ Advanced Imaging portfolio. You will partner with regional marketing and commercial leaders to turn breakthrough imaging and physiology technologies into real adoption and better patient care worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global downstream commercialization strategy, including value propositions, pricing, go‑to‑market plans and launch campaigns.
• Define and implement the annual global marketing plan in partnership with segment leadership.
• Collaborate with regional marketers and cross‑functional teams to create local launch and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Act as product champion for regional sales and marketing, delivering messaging, training, tools and activation support.
• Lead through influence across sales, clinical, medical affairs, regulatory, market access, operations and global teams to achieve KPI targets.

Required profile

• 8+ years (or 5+ with a Master’s) of experience in product management, downstream or global marketing within medical devices, imaging or health technology.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management or related field.
• Proven ability to work in fast‑paced, global, matrixed environments with 25‑40% international travel.

• Base salary range $131,000 – $223,000 per year, plus annual incentive bonus and long‑term incentives.
