Global Dairy Technology Support Specialist

About the role

The Technology Support Milking Product Team provides global, follow‑the‑sun technical assistance for premium milking products. This role focuses on delivering preventative monitoring, diagnostics, fixes and advanced knowledge transfer to customers worldwide while collaborating closely with regional, product and R&D teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical milking support to countries worldwide, including preventative monitoring, diagnostics, fixes and knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with regional, product and R&D teams to develop service and support tools for after‑sales teams.
• Manage triage KPI across multiple locations using CRM and other tools.
• Travel regionally and globally to work with local teams, gather user feedback and support product launches.

Required profile

• A four‑year college degree or two‑year dairy‑specific degree; alternatively five years of dairy industry experience.
• Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Significant leadership experience in operational or client‑facing environments.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of DFII milking systems.
• Advanced knowledge of SenseHub milking systems.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Client‑side scripting.

• Salary range $96,200 – $151,400 per year.
