Global Crop Product Manager – Seed Innovation

About the role

Ohalo is looking for a Global Crop Product Manager to drive the commercial launch of new seed varieties. You will work at the intersection of breeding, sales, regulatory, and supply‑chain teams to turn scientific breakthroughs into market‑ready products that growers can plant.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage the commercial variety portfolio, prioritising segments for growth and profitability.
• Coordinate hand‑offs from breeding to commercial teams, ensuring launch objectives are aligned.
• Lead go‑to‑market planning, positioning, and launch execution for new varieties.
• Develop pricing strategies and demand forecasts in partnership with finance and supply‑chain functions.
• Serve as the internal voice of the grower, feeding market feedback into breeding and product decisions.

Required profile

• 8+ years of product management or commercial strategy experience, preferably in agricultural inputs or seed.
• Proven track record launching innovative products into new categories or markets.
• Experience leading cross‑functional programs from concept through commercial launch.
• Ability to translate agronomic data into commercial strategy, pricing and positioning.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, ambiguous startup environment and willing to travel regularly.

• Competency in leveraging AI tools for data analysis and content generation.
