Global Commercial Director – Radiology & Pathology Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a senior commercial leader to shape and execute the go‑to‑market strategy for a global portfolio of clinical decision‑support tools in radiology and pathology. Reporting to the Senior Director of Specialist Solutions, you will own the end‑to‑end commercial plan for a sizeable recurring‑revenue business, driving growth, renewal excellence and strategic partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the annual GTM plan, including market segmentation, targeting, positioning, pricing and packaging across all regions.
• Identify and negotiate strategic technology partnerships to embed content into clinical workflows, increasing adoption and renewal stickiness.
• Design scalable packaging and cross‑sell bundles to raise average deal value and expand the customer base.
• Lead B2B and B2C growth initiatives, including campaigns aimed at residents and early‑career clinicians.
• Own renewal strategy, providing account teams with usage data, ROI frameworks and value‑articulation tools to retain and grow accounts.
• Collaborate with product, content, marketing, sales and account management to ensure alignment and execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading commercial strategy for complex, multi‑product portfolios in the healthcare or medical‑technology sector.
• Strong track record of driving revenue growth, renewal performance and new‑business acquisition at a global scale.
• Excellent cross‑functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate market insights into actionable pricing, packaging and partnership models.
