Global Benefits Manager

About the role

Applied Intuition is seeking a seasoned Global Benefits Manager to own the end‑to‑end design, implementation, and administration of its worldwide benefits programs. This individual‑contributor position combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution, allowing you to shape how the company supports its employees across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual benefits strategy and budget, covering medical, dental, vision, life/AD&D, disability, FSA/HSA, retirement, equity education, commuter, EAP, and voluntary offerings.
• Lead the full open‑enrollment cycle: project‑manage timelines, create communication plans, configure and test systems, and serve as the primary employee contact.
• Manage self‑funded and fully‑insured health plans, collaborate with TPAs and stop‑loss carriers, and analyze claims data to drive cost and quality improvements.
• Own relationships with benefits brokers and carriers, conduct RFPs, handle renewals, and negotiate contracts.
• Administer benefits configuration in Workday, ensuring data integrity and a seamless employee experience.
• Scale and adapt global benefits programs to meet statutory requirements and market norms across diverse geographies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience managing comprehensive benefits programs in a global, fast‑moving environment.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects such as open enrollment and vendor negotiations.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting claims data and health‑plan metrics.
• Excellent communication skills to partner with employees, leadership, and external providers.
