Global AI Trainer (Technical Field Trainer)

About the role

We are seeking experienced Technical Field Trainers to deliver hands‑on AI and developer‑focused training for Tier 1 partner organizations worldwide. The role involves traveling across assigned U.S. regions to lead instructor‑led bootcamps, workshops and labs for engineers, solution architects, sales teams and executives.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver instructor‑led bootcamps, technical workshops and hands‑on lab sessions for Tier 1 partners across assigned regions.
• Facilitate training for diverse audiences including engineers, developers, solution architects, sales teams and business stakeholders.
• Lead practical lab exercises and guide participants through real‑world AI application workflows.
• Troubleshoot participant issues in real time during live lab and workshop environments.
• Translate complex AI concepts into business‑relevant use cases for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Maintain consistency and quality of delivery across global regions and partner engagements.
• Collaborate with program leadership and regional stakeholders to ensure successful training outcomes.
• Travel regularly within the assigned region to deliver in‑person programs.

Required profile

• Background in technical training, developer education, technical consulting or technical enablement.
• Proven experience delivering instructor‑led workshops, bootcamps or enablement programs to professional audiences.
• Hands‑on familiarity with large language models, generative AI, prompt engineering, retrieval‑augmented generation, AI agents and API/SDK workflows.
• Ability to read and lightly modify sample code in Python or JavaScript.
• Strong facilitation, presentation and communication skills across varying technical levels.
• Executive presence and professionalism when representing a brand with enterprise partners.
• Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned region.
