Global AI Trainer – Hybrid (Nationwide)

About the role

This is a technical, customer‑facing training position where you will deliver instructor‑led bootcamps, hands‑on labs, and workshops to software engineers, solution architects, sales teams and executive stakeholders. You will act as the face of a leading AI platform, helping partners adopt and confidently use AI technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver live bootcamps, labs and workshops across multiple US cities.
• Guide participants through APIs, SDKs and developer tools to build AI applications.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in real‑time during workshops and labs.
• Travel within the assigned region to meet Tier 1 partners and customers.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to stay current on platform updates.

Required profile

• Background in technical training, developer education, technical consulting or enablement.
• Hands‑on experience with large language models, prompt engineering, generative AI and AI application development workflows.
• Ability to explain complex AI concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Basic familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP).
• Strong executive presence and customer‑facing communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within the United States and authorized to work without sponsorship.
