Global AI Legislation Content Optimization Lead

About the role

The Global AI Legislation Content Optimization Lead will drive AI‑first transformation for legislative and regulatory content across Global Editorial Operations. Reporting to the Global Head of Legislation, the role partners with product, technology and editorial leaders to embed advanced AI capabilities into editorial workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a global AI content optimisation strategy aligned with editorial, product and technology priorities.
• Lead ideation, requirements gathering and prioritisation for AI‑enabled content generation, summarisation, enrichment and classification.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering and editorial teams to translate ideas into scalable roadmap deliverables.
• Oversee design, testing and worldwide deployment of AI‑driven editorial tools and workflows.
• Develop and maintain global standards for AI‑generated legislative content, ensuring accuracy, compliance and copyright alignment.
• Champion AI‑first editorial practices, driving adoption of new tooling and reducing manual effort through automation.
• Support creation of metrics frameworks to assess AI‑enabled content quality, workflow performance and customer impact.
• Provide data‑driven insights to senior leadership and stay abreast of LLM and NLP advancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; law degree preferred.
• Minimum five years of experience in content, publishing, legal editorial, product development or project management within a legislative context.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally across North America, UK, APAC and other key markets.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring AI impact and reporting results.
