Global Account Manager

About the role

Amcor is seeking a Global Account Manager to lead two of its worldwide key accounts, covering North America, Europe and Asia. You will be responsible for protecting existing revenue, expanding share‑of‑wallet and driving profitable growth across a $42 million portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Own the global key accounts and execute the account strategy defined by senior leadership.
• Maintain and grow profitability while protecting market share.
• Manage complex customer requirements, anticipate future needs and coordinate cross‑functional solutions.
• Lead negotiations, influence decision‑makers and ensure Amcor’s commercial interests are represented.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, R&D, and supply chain to deliver tailored solutions.
• Track sales performance, report results and adjust tactics to meet year‑over‑year growth targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large, multinational key accounts, preferably in packaging or consumer goods.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills across senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously, prioritize multiple priorities and travel internationally as needed.
