General Superintendent – Large‑Scale Commercial Construction

About the role

We are looking for a General Superintendent to lead field operations on multiple large‑scale commercial construction projects across Florida and Georgia. This senior leader will drive safety, schedule, quality, and overall execution for complex builds such as sports stadiums, healthcare facilities, aviation projects, data centers, and municipal works.

Key responsibilities

• Lead field operations across several projects, ensuring safe, on‑time, and on‑budget delivery.
• Proactively manage schedules, sequencing, and coordination to keep projects on track.
• Identify and mitigate construction risks, implementing solutions for cost overruns or delays.
• Champion safety programs and enforce job‑site standards.
• Maintain quality control and adherence to client specifications throughout all construction phases.
• Mentor superintendents, field staff, and trade partners.
• Collaborate with pre‑construction and operations teams on planning, logistics, and execution strategy.
• Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and internal leadership.
• Oversee project reporting, scheduling, and performance tracking.

Required profile

• 15+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Proven experience as a Lead or General Superintendent on large‑scale projects.
• Strong background in at least one sector: sports/stadiums, healthcare, aviation, government/municipal.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects and field teams simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
