General Sales Manager – Bay Area

About the role

Connoisseur Media is looking for an experienced General Sales Manager to lead its Bay Area sales organization. You will drive revenue growth across broadcast, digital, event and integrated marketing solutions while fostering a collaborative, accountable, and innovative sales culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate a team of Account Executives across San Francisco, San Jose and the East Bay.
• Develop and execute strategies to generate new business and expand existing accounts.
• Maintain visibility in the marketplace, build strong client relationships and ensure client retention.
• Provide accurate revenue forecasting, pipeline management and approve sales orders.
• Conduct weekly one‑on‑one meetings, accompany reps on sales calls and deliver ongoing training.
• Recruit, hire and develop top sales talent to build a strong bench.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities and drive results.
• Utilize sales tools such as ShareBuilders, ZoomInfo, Futuri, AdMall, Waymark Video, Marketron, Tapscan, Miller Kaplan and Media Monitors.
