About the role

The General Manager – Strategic Accounts Lead will oversee Kelly’s largest and most strategic accounts, driving growth, operational efficiency, and strategic initiatives. This senior position works virtually, partnering with clients, suppliers, technology partners, and internal leaders to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute client growth strategies that expand portfolio market share by aligning Kelly’s solutions with client priorities.
• Lead planning for client expansion, renewals, and new opportunity development using a consultative, insight‑driven sales approach.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify growth opportunities and craft compelling client‑focused narratives.
• Serve as the trusted strategic partner and primary relationship owner for key clients, delivering perspective beyond solutions.
• Create and implement strategic account plans that align client goals with Kelly’s growth objectives.
• Challenge conventional thinking with clients to design workforce strategies that generate win‑win outcomes.
• Maintain strong relationships across client leadership, supplier partners, technology partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure service delivery excellence, addressing challenges quickly and collaboratively.
