About the role

Hotel Equities is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the 40‑cabin Postcard Cabins Piney Woods property in Larue, TX. You will be the primary strategic leader responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving financial performance, and fostering a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Implement brand service strategies and initiatives to exceed guest expectations and grow market share.
• Hold the property leadership team accountable for executing the business strategy.
• Guide professional development for all team members and ensure a strong sales engine.
• Build owner loyalty through proactive communication and solid business results.
• Engage with the local community, officials, and businesses to strengthen relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of General Manager experience in a Marriott, Hyatt, IHG, Hilton or comparable brand.
• Proven financial acumen with P&L oversight, budgeting and cost control.
• Demonstrated ability to develop leaders and drive team performance.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and capable of working independently.
