About the role

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and expand market presence.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet individual and team targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with insurance companies, real‑estate agents, and contractors.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional service and support.

Required profile

• 5+ years of sales management experience, preferably in home restoration, construction, or a related industry.
