General Manager – Immersive Entertainment Venue

About the role

Netflix House Philadelphia is a 100,000‑square‑foot immersive destination that brings beloved Netflix stories to life. As General Manager, you will be the senior business leader responsible for the overall performance, guest experience, and community presence of this flagship venue.

Key responsibilities

• Own the P&L for all attractions, retail, and food & beverage operations.
• Set and maintain a best‑in‑class fan experience through direct floor presence and team leadership.
• Oversee staffing, vendor, and partner management while ensuring day‑to‑day operational excellence.
• Collaborate with central teams (Experiences, Finance, Legal, HR) to standardize practices across locations.
• Build and develop a high‑performing local leadership team with a focus on talent growth.
• Act as the public face of Netflix House in the Philadelphia community, fostering relationships with civic, business, and community partners.
• Share insights and learnings with peer General Managers across domestic House locations.

Required profile

• 12+ years of operations management experience in themed entertainment, retail, hospitality, or a comparable industry.
• Proven track record of building and developing high‑performing teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across finance, legal, and HR functions.
• Experience leading large‑scale, mixed‑revenue venues with both complimentary and paid experiences.
