General Manager – Home Restoration Sales

About the role

Our client is a leading home restoration company that transforms properties and restores them to their former glory. As the General Manager (Home Restoration Sales), you will develop and implement sales strategies, lead a team of sales professionals, and build strong client relationships to drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and expand market presence.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with insurance companies, real estate agents, and contractors.
• Conduct market research, analyze trends, and collaborate with marketing on promotional campaigns.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in home restoration, construction, or a related industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data‑driven decisions.
