General Manager – Franchise Operations

About the role

Crawlspace Medic is seeking a results‑driven General Manager to lead a franchise location in the crawl‑space and basement repair market. This position offers a clear path to ownership, allowing the right candidate to grow the business and eventually purchase the franchise.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a local growth strategy aligned with the company playbook.
• Recruit, train, and retain a high‑performing field team.
• Own P&L performance, monitor KPIs, and manage unit economics.
• Enforce standard operating procedures and ensure consistent system‑based execution.
• Represent the Crawlspace Medic brand with integrity in the market.

Required profile

• Proven track record of leading teams to measurable outcomes in a process‑driven, labor‑intensive environment.
• Experience creating or enforcing SOPs, not just following them.
• Ability to have early, hard conversations and hold people accountable.
• Comfort with sales, marketing, and capacity planning at the unit level.
• Grit to operate under pressure while staying focused on results.
