General Manager – Fine Dining Restaurant

About the role

The Iberian Pig is a modern Spanish tapas restaurant where the General Manager leads all aspects of operations, from financial performance to team development and daily execution. The role cultivates a culture of genuine hospitality, develops future leaders, and maintains the highest standards of fine‑dining service with an owner’s mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Guest Experience – train service team, ensure high‑quality guest interactions and conduct table touches.
• Accounting & Administrative – complete weekly payroll and tip reports, maintain internal accounting systems.
• Marketing & Sales – manage reservation system to maximize availability and contribute to off‑site outreach.
• Human Resources – conduct interviews, oversee onboarding, train new team members and develop promotion pathways.
• Operations – supervise day‑to‑day opening and closing shifts, ensure smooth restaurant flow.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hospitality experience with proven leadership as a Lead Server, Dining Room Manager or equivalent in a fine‑dining environment.
• Demonstrated ability to drive financial performance, develop teams and uphold high standards of service.
