General Manager – 275‑room Radisson Hotel

About the role

We are seeking an experienced hospitality leader to take charge of the 275‑room Radisson Hotel Philadelphia Northeast as General Manager. The property is completing a major renovation and repositioning to deliver an elevated, experience‑driven guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all departments including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
• Drive revenue growth through forecasting, P&L management, RevPAR optimization and ancillary revenue initiatives.
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performance team, fostering a culture of service excellence.
• Manage guest relations, resolve complaints and ensure personalized, memorable experiences.
• Coordinate special programs, events and incentives to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Implement and monitor revenue management strategies during the hotel’s transformation.

Required profile

• Proven track record as a General Manager or senior hospitality leader in a full‑service hotel.
• Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting and profit & loss management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire teams.
• Hands‑on, polished professional who can balance operational discipline with strategic thinking.
