General Maintenance Professional – Logging & Perforating

About the role

Halliburton is seeking a General Maintenance Professional to support its Logging & Perforating (L&P) operations. Under general supervision, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on surface and downhole equipment, ensuring reliable performance in the field.

Key responsibilities

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on L&P surface and downhole equipment.
• Travel to field locations as needed to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
• Provide training, assessment, and mentorship to less‑experienced maintenance staff.
• Promote compliance with Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) and Service Quality (SQ) standards.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering preferred, or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum 1 year of electromechanical maintenance experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship offered.

Required skills

• Electrical/Electronics engineering knowledge.
• Electromechanical maintenance expertise.
• Familiarity with surface systems, open and cased well configurations, PM I and PM II.
• Experience with documentation systems, HMS, and lab/field testing equipment.
