General Laborer – Production (Food & Beverage)

About the role
We are seeking motivated General Laborers to join our fast‑paced production floor. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will help ensure safe, high‑quality food and beverage ingredient manufacturing while supporting multiple departments as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Operate production equipment such as map sealers and moisture control machines.
- Follow all Food Safety, GMP, and sanitation procedures.
- Lift, stack, and handle 55‑lb bags and boxes throughout the shift.
- Work both indoor and outdoor environments, including hot, cold, noisy, and dusty conditions.
- Maintain product legality, safety, and quality standards.
- Complete required paperwork and communicate effectively with supervisors.
Required profile
- Willingness to work 12‑hour weekend shifts.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
- Team‑oriented mindset with good verbal communication.
