General Laborer – Construction Site

About the role

A-Core Concrete Specialists is seeking a reliable General Laborer to support its Fort Worth, Texas operations. The role involves assisting equipment operators, maintaining tools, and ensuring site safety while contributing to the successful completion of concrete projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist operators and learn to operate equipment such as wall saws, core drills, hand saws, flat saws, and hand tools.
• Maintain equipment and ensure safe usage of all tools.
• Perform preparation and cleanup tasks before and after project completion.
• Comply with all safety policies and procedures.
• Manage workflow to meet changing priorities.
• Accurately use daily documentation software.

Required profile

• Pass a drug screen and provide a valid driver’s license with current MVR.
• Preferably 1+ years of construction experience.
• Positive, responsible work attitude with punctuality.
• Self‑starter mindset and ability to work well in a team.
