General Laborer – Construction (Mesa, AZ)

About the role

A-core Concrete Specialists is seeking a reliable General Laborer for its Mesa, Arizona location. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in concrete cutting and construction site support.

Key responsibilities

• Assist operators and learn to operate equipment such as wall saws, core drills, hand saws, flat saws, and hand tools.
• Maintain equipment and ensure safe use of all tools.
• Perform site preparation and clean‑up before and after each project.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Manage workflow to meet changing priorities.
• Accurately use daily documentation software.

Required profile

• Pass a drug screen, DOT physical, and provide a current MVR.
• Valid driver’s license.
• At least 1 year of construction experience (preferred).
• Positive, responsible attitude with punctuality and organization.
• Self‑starter who can also work well in a team.
