About the role

Join Graphic Packaging International’s West Monroe paper mill as an entry‑level General Labor Operator. You will support daily production by assisting operators, handling equipment, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment for yourself and teammates.
• Operate mobile equipment and forklifts to support cleanup and material handling.
• Monitor equipment, perform visual checks, and make adjustments as needed.
• Assist crew during paper breaks, thread paper, and remove debris.
• Complete daily housekeeping and documentation of rounds.
• Retrieve and distribute supplies from stores.
• Monitor quality of assembly output.
• Read technical drawings and follow service or repair manuals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
