General Help – Full-Time Overnight Shift

About the role

Join Nestlé Health Science as a General Help team member on the overnight shift. You will support production operations at the Holbrook facility, ensuring materials are ready and products are packaged safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Replenish materials and report any shortages or inconsistencies.
• Assemble cardboard trays and stack products onto pallets.
• Wrap products manually or with a wrapping machine.
• Verify product selection and quantity, applying labels as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety rules, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–1 years of factory or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working around powders, chemicals and food allergens.
• Flexibility to work overtime based on business needs.

Required skills

• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Comfortable using computers or tablets for task tracking.
