Garage Coatings Installer

About the role

Renuity Garage is seeking a motivated Installer to join its growing team in Landover, MD. You will help transform homeowners’ spaces by installing custom organization systems and garage coatings, receiving intensive classroom and hands‑on training to quickly develop your skills.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the assembly and installation of custom home organization systems (excluding garage door hardware).
• Read and interpret design drawings to ensure correct part placement.
• Handle, transport, and safely set up materials both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Perform surface detailing, coating, and scraping tasks to meet high‑quality standards.
• Maintain a professional appearance and communicate effectively with customers and teammates.
• Work at least two weekends per month and adapt to critical business needs.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong attention to detail and a systematic, solutions‑oriented work approach.
• Ability to lift and carry products safely.
• Professional communication skills and a customer‑service mindset.

Required skills

• Reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• Use of basic hand tools and familiarity with various hardware types.
• Surface detailing and coating application.
