Game Day/Event Production Support (Part‑time)

About the role

The Division of Athletics at the University of Denver is hiring part‑time staff to provide game‑day and event production support. You will work on live broadcasts, webcasts, and in‑game production for sports contests and special events held at the Ritchie Center.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and break down broadcast equipment for games and events.
• Manage live video, audio, replay servers, graphics, and switchers during productions.
• Collaborate with the technical services team to ensure smooth on‑site and remote broadcasts.
• Work evenings, weekends, and outdoor venues as required.

Required profile

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift equipment up to 50 lb.
• Comfort working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work on a schedule driven by game and event dates.

Required skills

• Experience with broadcast cameras.
• Experience with broadcast audio systems.
• Familiarity with replay server operation.
• Knowledge of broadcast graphics and graphics servers.
• Proficiency with broadcast switchers.

• Hourly pay of $30 for events and game rates ranging from $100 to $210 per game.
