About the role

The Game Day Communications Staff member supports the Chargers' communications department before, during, and after each home game. This role involves coordinating media logistics, gathering post‑game quotes, and hosting special guests such as Chargers Legends, influencers, and celebrities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with press‑box and post‑game interview room set‑up, including stats distribution, internal public address, and media will‑call coordination.
• Support broadcast network and radio booth setup and ensure timely stat distribution.
• Manage on‑field media rooms and oversee vest distribution for media personnel.
• Gather post‑game quotes from both home and visiting team representatives.
• Transcribe post‑game quotes accurately and promptly.
• Serve as host and escort for Chargers Legends, influencers, and celebrity guests throughout game day activities.

Required profile

• Must be able to attend all Los Angeles Chargers home games.
• Ability to transcribe spoken content accurately.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Professional attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license.
