G&A Recruiter – 6‑Month Contract

About the role

Applied Intuition is seeking a Senior G&A Recruiter on a six‑month contract to partner with G&A leadership. You will design and execute hiring strategies for finance, legal, people, and other business functions in a fast‑moving, competitive talent market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top G&A talent.
• Collaborate with G&A leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders to understand hiring needs and long‑term talent plans.
• Utilize AI‑driven tools to automate recruiting workflows and boost productivity.
• Lead structured interview processes that assess expertise, problem‑solving ability, and cultural fit.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience and promote the company’s talent brand.
• Negotiate offers and close candidates for critical, time‑sensitive roles.

Required profile

• 6+ years of recruiting experience, especially hiring finance, legal, people, or other G&A talent.
• Strong business partnership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders using data and insights.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex searches in a fast‑paced environment.
