Future Talent Program – Global Supplier Quality Intern

About the role

The 2027 Future Talent Program offers a 10‑12 week summer internship in Supplier Quality Management within MSD's Manufacturing Division. Interns will work on strategic projects, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and gain exposure to senior leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a project plan, define problem statements, and track milestones.
• Schedule and lead stakeholder meetings to gather input and drive project progress.
• Maintain metrics, provide regular status reports, and ensure data compliance with GMP and GDoc practices.
• Participate in Staff/Tier processes to surface concerns and support continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Current junior or senior student pursuing a B.S. in Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Experience with data analytics and visualization tools, strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Self‑starter capable of developing innovative solutions and communicating with confidence.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Data visualization using Power BI and Excel (conditional formatting).
• Familiarity with PowerApps for data modeling and visualization.
